Courage House is a mission of Open Heart Ministry and is established to open health and retreat centers involving communities with education on health and wellness issues. Each unique center is to provide a safe place for people to rest and detoxify. It is to provide healing to those suffering from life-defining illnesses such as AIDS, Cancer, and Chronic Fatigue and to offer support for their family members and caregivers.
Courage House will provide up to 25 or 30 accommodations for visitors. It will include a sanctuary/conference center for up to 1000 people.
It will also provide a for-profit professional clinic which includes a multi-team approach with natural health practitioners that have received training and ethics guidelines established by Open Heart Ministry.
Courage House offers support groups, consultation and classes with training on issues pertaining to the whole person--spirit, soul and body from a Biblical perspective. Support groups and classes would consist of education, training and support for:
Healing centers will also provide day center retreat for full day treatments and detoxification with infrared heat sauna, hot tub, massage and participation in educational classes and soaking prayer ministry for the client's well being. Healing centers would also have available resources, supplements and protocol to send clients home empowered to continue the recovery process.
